Active Intelligence (2016, Bangalore), conversational banking platform, raises $8.25M in Series A round of funding from Vertex Ventures, Creditease Holdings and Dream Incubator. Link

EasyRewardz (2011, Gurgaon), provider of loyalty program management solutions, raises $2M in Series A round of funding led by TransContinental Venture Fund, existing angel investor Jitendra Gupta, managing director PayU and Vinay Chatlani, managing director at Soch. Link

StartupXseed Ventures, Bangalore based early stage venture capital firm, receives investment worth 20% of its fund size, from Canbank Venture Capital Fund Limited . Link

Paytm (2010, Delhi), mobile wallet and payments bank, to acquire Little (2015, Bangalore), hyperlocal deals app and Nearbuy (2011, Delhi), online deals and coupons from nearby merchants, for around $30M, as per reports. Link

Graphcore (2016, Bristol), developer of a machine learning processor, raises $50M in Series C round of funding from  Sequoia Capital, Atomico, Demis Hassabis, Amadeus Capital, C4 Ventures, Draper Esprit, Foundation Capital, Pitango Venture Capital, Robert Bosch Venture Capital, Dell, Samsung Venture Investment. Link

ThreatQuotient (2013, Ashburn), threat intelligence platform for enterprises, raises $30M in Series C round of funding from Adams Street Partners, Cisco Investments, NTT DOCOMO Ventures Inc. and existing investor New Enterprise Associates, and growth capital partner Silicon Valley Bank. Link

Tacton (1988, Stockholm), provider of design and CPQ solutions for complex products, raises around $12M in funding from GRO Capital and Kirk Kapital. Link

Roomi (2013, NYC), platform to connect with like-minded roommates, raises $11M in Series A round of funding led by Atami Capital, with participation from new investors Rosecliff Ventures, Townsquare Media and JXC Ventures and existing investors DCM and Great Oaks Venture Capital. Link

Trouva (2013, London), discovery platform for products from independent boutiques, raises $10M in Series A round of funding led by BGF Ventures, Index Ventures, Octopus Investments with participation from LocalGlobe, Playfair Capital, Downing Ventures, David Lindsay, Troy Collins, William Reeve, Carlos Morgado, and Wendy Becker. Link
